When Coming in for Your First Appointment

Below are a few suggestions from our attorneys to help make the most out of your initial consultation.
– Please make sure you bring in the documents we sent to you in the email confirming your appointment.
– Please bring in any applicable court documents in your possession.
– We know it is comforting to have a friend or family member attend your consultation with you, but may we suggest that you come alone. A lot of privileged information is shared during an initial consultation. By having a third party present, such as a friend or family member, there is potential for losing attorney-client confidentiality. Also, a majority of the information shared will be hard for little ears to hear, so please leave any children at home if you can.
